VL 38 Wall Lamp

The VL 38 Wall Lamp is inspired by the original VL 38 Table Lamp, designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen in the late 1930s for Copenhagen’s Radiohuset building. Created in collaboration with Louis Poulsen, this design became iconic in the mid-20th century. Relaunched in 2016 with energy-efficient LED technology, the VL 38 Wall Sconce is available in white/brass, and a bold black edition introduced in 2017. The black version features a sharper outline, while both versions retain the soft, curvy lines and retro appeal of Lauritzen’s original design, offering a blend of vintage style and modern lighting efficiency.
