At Illuminée, we want to ensure your satisfaction. If you’ve decided not to use something that you have ordered, we offer returns on almost all products within 30 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for a return and receive a refund, the product must be returned in new, uninstalled condition in it’s original packaging. For returns for items purchased in-store, a receipt will be necessary, or the purchase may no longer be eligible for a return or exchange.

To request a return, contact us to begin the process. Be prepared to provide the order number to expedite the return process, and follow the return instructions that we supply you with. Once your return request has been processed with us, you will be able to download your shipping labels or receive them by email. After downloading your return labels, attach them to the box, and drop them off at the designated post office. Items that are sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Once the item has been returned and inspected, a refund credit will be issued. Please note that the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the credit amount, as you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any items you return. Expedited shipping and white glove delivery options you may have selected on the original order are non-refundable.

Please note that orders with longer than expected lead times do not qualify for a refund. Please contact us with any questions regarding lead times before completing a purchase. Quoted lead times may be subject to change.

In the event merchandise is received damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damage. If we are unable to replace the item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Exceptions - We cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been identified as non-returnable on the product details page.
    • This includes:
    • All textiles
    • All cutlery
    • Any other products clearly identified as non-returnable
  • Products that have been installed or assembled
  • Products that have been used
  • Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
  • Special or custom orders
  • Light bulbs
  • Lamp shades
  • Open Box items or clearance products

Items that are returned and arrive damaged will not be accepted and are non-eligible for a refund.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

We reserve the right to apply refunds in the form of a store credit in certain circumstances.
