Unless otherwise mentioned in the product description, merchandise purchased from Illuminée may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days from delivery or in-store purchase. In-store purchases must have a physical receipt, or the purchase may no longer be eligible for return or exchange. Items must be properly packed and in brand-new, unused condition to be eligible for return. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Customer responsible for cost of return shipping. Returned items that arrive damaged to our locations will not be accepted. Merchandise that has been installed, altered, or damaged in any way does not qualify for return or refund.

Please note that orders with longer than expected lead times do not qualify for a refund. Please contact us with any questions regarding lead times before completing a purchase. Quoted lead times may be subject to change.

Please contact us at customersupport@illuminee.com to initiate a return and receive your RMA number prior to returning the product.

In the event merchandise is received damaged, please contact customersupport@illuminee.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damage. If we are unable to replace the item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. 

If a return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you directly, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that flatware, textiles, all items requiring assembly or shipping freight, sale items, open box items, special and custom orders, light bulbs, and lampshades are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
